Evie Fitzpatrick

FELLOW

Evie is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying History and Political Science. On campus, she serves as the Vice President of UNC Young Democrats, leading a coalition of over 500 students to drive progressive change on the local, state, and national level.

Outside the classroom, Evie is passionate about the intersection of digital strategy and politics and how the power of social media can be leveraged to inform and mobilize people to act on today’s most pressing issues. She has worked with numerous committees, think tanks, and elected officials, including North Carolina Governor Josh Stein, the Democratic Governors Association (where she supported the successful campaigns of now-Governors Mikie Sherrill and Abigail Spanberger), the Center for American Progress, and the Democratic National Committee — generating over 30 million impressions across digital platforms. With her experience in political communications, Evie hopes to continue engaging and empowering people through innovative, story-driven mediums.
