Sam has been active in politics as an organizer and content creator since 2018, when his cousin Alex was tragically killed in the Parkland shooting. Since that day, Sam has led and organized dozens of nationwide events, including a sit-in where 31 members of Congress pledged to support gun safety bills, resulting in action on the Senate floor. 

Sam founded and served as the Executive Director of the Tour To Save Democracy, a Gen-Z led bus tour that traveled to 20 different Republican-held swing districts to flip them blue, raising over $200K. Most recently, Sam co-founded The Siren, a liberal media network composed of some of the biggest names in Democratic politics, with 11.8 million collective followers among contributors.
